Projects

Ladybug Landscape & Design is passionate about our work.  We have lengthy experience in all types of projects & creative solutions such as flowerbed design, plantings, stump grinding, sod installation, drainage, low voltage lighting, retaining walls, and paver patios & firepits.  We frequently 'test' our products & stock, at our home office, for lighting conditions, wind resistance, growth habits, drainage system sustainability, & paver & block strength specifications.  Browse our photo gallery below to see just a few of what we have accomplished in our 10 years.  We're here to help.

Paver Patio

This paver patio was created as an extension off the existing back concrete patio for a shady spot in the yard.  The flowerbed & plantings are used for softening the area's sharp edges and creating an interest.

Paver Entryway

This paver patio & walkway was a huge project for our client that extended the front of the house for an outdoor living space.  There's enough room for a table, chairs and potted plants.

Retaining Wall

This retaining wall was installed using Keystone Rumbled Blocks and provided a fresh look and replaced a 20 year old wall of railroad ties.

Paver Pool Decking

After the install of the pool, we laid a mixture of Belgard Urbana Thunderhead, Fossil Beige, Potomac, Driftwood & Holland Mocha pavers in a multi sized pattern, for the pool decking.

Drainage

Drainage is huge for Ladybug Landscape & Design.  In this client's backyard, we solved a huge drainage issue that was needed.  A trench 6" deep with a 4" solid drainage pipe was utilized to cap off the water from the gutter & downspout run-off.

Low-Voltage Lighting Project

The low voltage hanging lights are great for patio parties, firepit areas or just shed a bit of soft lighting.

Flowerbed Project

This flowerbed pops in the early spring. Phlox is a favorite of mine and does best on the edge of a flowerbed to show off its color.
